   Corporate needs to update their software check-in and check-out system to not be so repetitive and irritating for its employees and patients, because there is seriously a lot of confusion and trivial steps to process that are not necessary every time a patient arrives;

   Pay as a PCT could be better. Sometimes they had us do more on the covid floors than we were being compensated for.
